Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the product is leaking at the time of delivery.
2. Requests for returns due to reasons other than damage or leakage will not be accepted.
3. To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the damaged or leaking product.
4. Once the return request is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy.
5. The company reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Note for Returns

• The product must not be used, except to the extent necessary to identify the damage or leakage.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging, labels, and invoice.
• Claims made after the specified reporting period will not be considered.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Return shipping instructions will be shared after the return request is approved.
